Serves myself, for most, 2 servings.

-1 egg
-4 pork tenderloins, cut about 3/4" thick
-Breading mix
-Flour
-Olive oil
-Cabbage
-1/2 carrot
-Teriyaki sauce or marinade
-White rice


Take some pork loins, dip them in flour(even coat), Then dip em some raw eggs, then coat them in bread crumbs...Fry em(I like olive oil). I use Japanese Style Panko breading, made by 4C...I'll verify that later... In a separate pan-chop some cabbage, fry in olive oil, add some teriyaki sauce.

WHITE RICE!

Plate pork and rice, top with stir-fried cabbage, add some more sauce on top if you must. This is an actual image of the dish, no joke.
